Refund Policy

Unless we stated otherwise on the sales pages, we do not accept refund requests for any digital products or services, where you received access to the content you purchased or the service was delivered.

However, we might make an exception and accept refund request only in the following cases:

  1. You purchased the same product more than once by mistake using the same email address. 
  2. You paid for a service which was not delivered for whatever reasons.
  3. You implemented the methods tought in the courses and you had no results, and you can prove that.

In case you request a refund for a digital product, and provided we confirm the refund, we will issue a refund to the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 working days after our confirmation. 

In case you request a refund for a booked call, you'll get a full refund only if the call didn't take place for whatever reason. No refunds will be issued after the call took place.
